Compassionate Heart is a leading nurse-led care agency established in 2012. The organisation was founded after extensive experience across acute NHS settings, private healthcare, and community services revealed a significant gap in continuity of care for patients transitioning home.

Many patients faced delayed discharges due to a lack of suitable support at home, while others experienced cancellations of day procedures because no one was available to stay with them during the crucial first 24 hours post-discharge.

Driven by a deep commitment to public health and informed by the founder’s Fellowship with the Royal Society of Public Health, Compassionate Heart was founded to address this need. Our ethos is simple: to put clients first in everything we do. We provide high-quality Complex Care, Live-in Care, and Home Care Support enabling individuals to receive personalised, compassionate support in the comfort and safety of their own homes.
