What is Complex care?

Complex care is a term used for the type of care given to clients who have substantial or ongoing health needs. These needs could be as a result of onset, progressive or chronic illness, disability, accident, a fall, or following hospital treatment.

Compassionate Heart specializes in providing complex cutting-edge services with our integrated team. We will get to know you, your health, and your preferences, working along with your clinician to meet your desired outcomes.

Our staff and the management team, are experienced in delivering complex care to NHS, Private Hospitals, and Community settings. We take pride in our in-depth holistic approach to the needs of our clients, the quality of the staff we recruit, the training they receive, and the amount of oversight that goes into the delivery of your care.
