As we are going forward with measures being eased from lockdown.

Compassionate Heart is committed to the continued protection of the health and safety of

our clients and staff, which is of paramount importance to us.

This section will be updated regularly as the advice is issued by the HM Government and

Public Health England.

Kindly note:

• That Compassionate Heart office remain open and alternative communication

methods are in place for any matters.

• Our staff will continue to carry out weekly covid 19 PCR test and communicate

regularly with our clients and families when further information is released by the

government, including on any possible changes to their care provision.

• Our staff are being supported and provided with the most up to date information and

equipment available to protect themselves and the clients.

• We continue to take bookings for our live-in care services.

Our thoughts are with those who has lost loved ones, and also those who have been affected

by the virus in one way or another. Our hope is that as we come out of this, our lives can only

shine brighter.
